1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.
  4. Customized, special-order, or heavily used items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at admin@foodfreezedry.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the product you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Our support team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your product back to us. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product. FoodFreezeDry.com is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs (original or return) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • If the return is partial (e.g., some items in an order are returned), only the returned items will be refunded.

5. Exchanges

If your product is damaged or defective, we offer a replacement at no additional cost. To request an exchange:
